Mohamed Azim Ali or commonly known as Xim ( Totti ) is a young independent blogger from the Republic of Maldives. He stresses on political, youth and social issues of the country in his articles and is a strong advocate of civil liberties. At the moment, he currently is the Administrative Officer of Secretariat of Maduvvari Council.
